After witnessing the animal welfare, environmental safety, and human health issues associated with traditional meat production firsthand, I decided to dedicate my life to making meat in a more humane, environmentally friendly, and safe way. I left the veterinary field and became a Research Fellow with New Harvest and the Good Food Institute. I pursued a Masters in Physiology, focusing on large-scale poultry muscle production.
